What is it with so many businesses that still send out noreply@ emails

What are they really telling their customers?
That they can send you emails but they are not interested in your opinion or feedback?
Many Social Media companies also use the noreply@address.  How Social is that?

Do a search in your email box by typing noreply@ and look at all the companies that want you to
hear what they have to sell or promote to you but are not interested in what you have to say.

Here are some better options you can use:

To all my USA Friends.
This whole Democrat vs Republican thing is getting way too silly.
All these political insulting comments on
Facebook and Twitter are a waste of wall space and time.
Since its been predetermined that Obama will win again this year.

Republicans for 8 years and now its the Democrats for 8 years.
it’s all just a big illusion to give you the impression that your vote counts.

As an ex-boxing handicapper & oddsmaker here is the patterns that i look for:

History repeats itself.
Bill Clinton 8 Years in office.
George W. Bush 8 Years in office.
Barack Obama 8 Years in office.

In the Red Corner: Ex-president Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter endorsed Barack Obama at the 2012 Democrat National Convention.
In the Blue Corner: No Republican Ex-president endorsed Mitt Romney at the 2012 Republican National Convention.
You can never win a World Championship without a great cornerman.

The rich may support Mitt Romney, but the Mega-Rich like Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, George Soros and Wall Street supports Barack Obama.
The odds are overwhelming for Barack Obama to win again for another 4 Years.

The Gateway in London with Fred Shadian

Thought of the day as I walk through Marble Hill Park in London, England. To be truly successful in what you want to create in your life, what I found is that the words we say internally and externally will create the lifestyle we desire in our daily lives. A good example of this is when I am coaching / mentoring an individual I notice they get positive for a day, a week or a month and then they stop taking action towards their goals, dreams and desires when ever they meet an obstacle or when the negative internal dialogue takes over. Internal/External communication is like working out, you can’t just do it once and expect massive results you need to do something everyday towards your common goal to create massive results.

It was over 20 years ago, when I opened my first martial arts school, that I truly began to understand  the role of owning and operating a small business.

When you enter the world of business you come to realize that a lot of business is based on greed and the bottom line mentality.  This, unfortunately, has contributed to the global financial melt down that we just experienced. The small companies that had a profit in 2009 utilize the win/win principles to create success.

These are some common sayings that are known to many cultures: “Friendship is friendship and business is business” “We only do business with friends” The first time someone said to me: “Friendship is friendship and business is business” I was truly upset by the statement and felt that this person was telling me that we weren’t friends and that we would never be friends and to watch out because I may be ripped off.   I smiled as I remembered a saying that I used to hear from my mother: “We only do business with friends.”   I thanked the person and moved on and decided from that day onwards I would only do business with my friends.

A friend is a person that I have met, or have yet to meet, who shares similar interests, beliefs and values.  Keep in mind another saying “A stranger is a friend you have not yet met.”

A common misconception about doing business with a friend or trusted advisor is that you are going to get something for nothing.  This is what I call a taker not a mutual giver. Whenever I do business with a friend I make certain that we both walk away with mutual respect for each other and our product or service.

Anybody that I do business with I treat as a friend or trusted advisor.  I have no business doing business with people I do not trust or that do not trust me.  Once you begin to create positive results in your business people will recommend you to their friends and families and you will have more work than you can handle.  The key is to ensure that you handle the workload successfully without losing the sale. I have seen too many people lose a sale because of being distracted or disorganized when meeting or contacting a potential customer that could become a raving fan.   Remember, what it comes down to is, we always do business with friends or organizations that we trust.

Picking the Wrong Profession by Fred Shadian

Picking the wrong profession is what creates economic melt downs. You see this in the business world all of the time whether someone is selling cars, insurance, real estate, or electronic equipment.  They try really hard to become successful.  They read all the motivational books and they go to all the personal development seminars yet, no matter how hard they try, they just can’t seem to become successful in their chosen field.

Simply put, it’s just not their calling.  You have to be 100 percent congruent with what it is you are promoting, selling and marketing.  Whether you are an athlete promoting your talent or a marketer promoting your product you need to be excited enough to get up early and stay up late.  Your chosen profession must be in harmony with your calling in life.  Your success will be your destiny. If you are not happy with your profession or you are having a hard time finding a job really think of what is your life’s calling and pursue that vision day and night.
